You need a electrical controller that can sense the water temperature and trigger on / off of few fans.
The thermo-sensor may be expensive too.

Fans do not provide the necessary temperature stability which is critical for the success of keeping SPS corals growing and thriving.
For a dedicated SPS tank, chillers are a must.
