rub them off the glass...gently with ur fingers...of course get somethiing under it so that it wont fall on to the floor. Remove them to a seperate tank. 1.5ft will do good. Add some methylene blue...just for prevention of fungus and do not put full dossage as for sick fishes. Add in an airstone to give water circulation...

If fail do not worry as usually first time spawns are trial runs and usually are duds. A fertilized egg will be dark colored. A dud egg will turn white.
