U can try using Hikari brand pellet to feed them.
I feed them with the algae wafer and crab pellet(with calcium).

Because the shrimp is very sensitive,.
So just make sure ur tank wont have much changes like temperature, ph, kh....

If u intend to breed them,
- place some moss
- place a small pump to have some water flow
- 20% water change per week
