Freeze dry is OK but your water will cloud extremely fast. And I really mean extremely fast even with small portions. But I do anyway. Thats the best subsitute I find so far for live food because cannot keep frozen bloodworms in the fridge. Hygiene wise not advisable to have it with your other food.
