Please Help

i just bought a new Oscar and it seems seems really unhealthy. It stays at the bottom of the tank and rarely moves with its body leaning at the tank wall. The pH of the water is around 7.2 and anti-chlorine has been given. it doesnt seem to have appetite to eat anything as well. Anyone have any ideas?
