I am surprised to know that on 3th floor with all doors and window closed, the temperature goes up to 32C. I think that is with the heater on right?
In cement tanks on ground, it is possible because after the sunset, the heat that was being absorbed by the ground during the day will be released back up...through the tanks then through the water thus releasing heat which is usually hotter than the average temperature of the day (kinetic).
What I don't advise is to maintain at high temperature. That is MO..
'VB' is Virus and bacteria exterminator. I was able to rid my 2 hectre farm of Irido virus within 2 to 3 months using VB. Even the Vet was shocked. We do not sell as a single product anymore. It is actually quite similar to Pro-more. The only difference is that to fight against pathogens, the dose is 5 folds that used for inducing spawning. So, you can use pro-more and all supplements are to be added to feed and not directly to water.

Hi Whoopee, you are right...and I have made many mistakes in the past and with my nature to take risk....made too much mistakes. And now, I'm relating all my solutions to those interested.
Stan, your problem is not a result of using PP or overdose of it. The only side effect I know of is that overdose of PP (extremely) will cause gill filament damage due to oxidation. PP will not cause those that you mentioned.
I think that there is some bacteria infection in your little hatchery. This needs a systematic treatment...once and for all....whether all the discus are affected or not. Follow the solution for
scenario 6 in my book. Repeat treatment in 4 days if needed.
And when you add new discus, do the quarantine treatment system.
