Well erm...if you do not mind raising the level of the areas where your shrimps hang out, then you can always put in some corydoras.
I have my shrimps with my corydoras which are about 4cm and i still see lotsa shrimplets...all the time.

Corys will eat planaria but too lazy to chase live shrimplets unless they bump into them. Otherwise its safe.
