Default Problems with Swordtails

Hi,

I recently (1 month) bought three Red Tuxedo Swordtails: 1 male, 2 females. They are the only fish in my 29 gallon tank.

One of the females doesnt look very healthy, especially over the past few days. The other female and male are very active, but this female is very inactive... She keeps to herself in the tank, has never ate much.
A couple of days ago I did a massive water change, I even removed the three fish, and all the decorations. The other two fish are still as active as they were before, nothing wrong with them.

The female that looks sick, is even less active now than she was before, will not eat anything at all... She's much slower now. I'm not sure how to describe the fins, but the are not "expanded" at all. Top and tail fins appear to be contracted. Her body is not straight, i looks kind of droppy, like she's tired.

Would appreciate any advice,

Thanks
