Well keeping crs is not really hard...
1- Temperature (of cos lower better) but i am using fans only...
2- Filteration (clean water condition is the best) i am using IOS tank filteration
3- PH between 6.0 - 6.8 (lucky my tap water measure only 6.3
Till the day u keeping them alive stable then go for better grade..

Guys, just want to introduce jojoe to you. Jojoe have a lot of experience with this shrimp compared to us. He is from Singapore and bred these shrimps. I was at his place and he is into the higher grades already.
I think order of importance/difficulty is like this:-
1) we have to keep them alive,
2) then breed them
3) then let's talk about grades and keeping the grade stable.  (of course we can dream about it first).
I think (3) is hard to do because grade do detriorate in not good conditions. I have a few friends who can do (1) and (2) but their grade B become grade C after some time and grade C become grade D.
I think I am at (1) only and struggling. Sigh.
