i must say Nano-michael was a pain with his rapid fire nonsense questions in the beginning but now is a very good part of this community.
as for petfrd. i think we need the web savvy people [designers] to improve the layout and for ke poh like you and me to put suggestions up.
the layout is important for example a newbie questions section so that any experts who are having a bad day can avoid that section...ahem...cough. [who i wonder? heee]
