Is the net too big to caltivate riccia?

[I have a 9W+13W PLS and injected DIY CO2 thru a powerhead filter]
[I drop few drops of FloraPride as daily fert too]
Why are they seems like melting/rotting?







Really hope they could survive and growth and finally peerling....
