so far, i use the ballast that can power 2 lamp...not so good result,
1st it rosak around 1-2 month (cat remember)
2nd the result look same to me eye.(kekekeek)

btw.. i just came back from CTY... they sell HC for rm50, 2 pack(kfc garden salad look alike package). quite a lot.tempted to buy but no money.kekekekekeeke
