Hi,
I think you can plant stuff with the GE 9325 bulbs or it's equivalent...i presume you can get this brand where you stay. important thing is the effective PAR emmited by the bulb. the 6000-8000K range is good as highlighted by members.
i understand exactly why pay so much for something that if mass produced will be as cheap as shop lights. it is becoming so.
