If you cut valis leaves into half, some have split ends and slowly melt off, only do this when your valis is like 4 feet long like mine. Hahhaa...

Btw, valis is a short term plant because it create runners very fast that you need to check on them to prevent them crawling and growing everywhere. Make sure you cut the runners as soon as you see them in unwanted places.
