- Get a quieter fan. There's quite a few available for PC casings that are quite quiet. Bear in mind though, the general rule is the higher the airflow, the noisier it is going to be. Maybe use a couple of the quieter ones.
- Get a table fan if you don't want to mess with wiring. Electric consumption will be higher though.
