Your water kind of hard.. you have any igneous rocks leaching minerals into the water? pH is fine for most fish, but if you really want to lower it add a little peat to your filter, but it won't really be a permanent solution if you have decor that hardening your water and raising your pH. ADA soil is an expensive solution you could use .
