I stressed my yamato to drop her eggs before :P. I would suggest if you decide to take her out.. put her in a tank by her self and use the water from the same tank she was from.. conditions the same.. same substrate and feeding as usual (minimal as only one shrimp). These are the same conditions I got my yamato to hatch her eggs....
