I never try to use the Bacter 100. Normally i just thrown in the bacter ball inside the tank. Perhaps you can try the method like melting it inside a bottle n dosing it daily. Will find out from ADA KL Agent...Then will update you in here.

About the Penac. You can get from Agriculture shop like what creep said. But then, it is the pure penac. And we do not know what is inside the Penac-P and W. Perhaps, ADA mixed with some other stuff.

ADA KL agent not sure Penac-P and W contained what kind of material. He told me P is for the plant and W is for the water. It contained some elements which to help the plant root to grow stronger and improve the water parameter. I hope i can grab more info from them or perhaps ADA Japan.

Btw, i mixed the fe, Mg, K2SO4, KNO3 and Calcium inside a capsul. Then insert deep inside the gravel which near to Crium or Aponogeton. My madagascarensis flowering and grow with lot of new leaves. So there is a babies grown from the side.

It do worked well for my emersed crypts. My C.cilliate flowering every week. Yes...everyweek. But i still dare not to try on my C.Bullosa and striolata yet. But i had tried the ADA Multi Long Bottom for the bullosa since last week. Guess what? Saw a new leaf growing...
