just leave her as she is....yes it will transfer to other fishes and chances are they have already contracted it.
yes no eggs rite now ...and when i say eggs ...i mean eggs belong to the white spot.
when they leave the fish body , they would become dormant or eggs ...waiting for the right condition to hatch again.
the trick is to get them to leave the fish body ...then kill them ...just leave that to your pimafax
