Hmmm from the source of where the fish came from (north of the Malay peninsular, Northern Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia) I'm pretty certain it has to be Boraras uropthalmoides (aka the false B.brigittae or exclaimation mark rasbora).

The REAL red B.brigittae hails from South Borneo... Pangkalanbun in Kalimantan.

There's quite a few B.uropthalmoides going around atm... No real B.brigittae that I know of yet currently available.
