Holy crap... one litre of hydrogen peroxide? They come in 250 ML bottles if i'm not mistaken. No need so much lah! You're dipping them for a while only, not letting them boil in the stuff. Have you tried putting hydrogen peroxide on an open wound? It burns like heck. Putting a mucous covered fish in there will put your fish through hell. It has to be very mild. Actually a 1% solution will be sufficient. And you don't have to treat a 10 litre tank with hydrogen peroxide. Just get a small mug or something, put 1% in Hydrogen peroxide and dip the fish in it for 10 minutes and take it out. Dip for as many days as you need.
