I need some advice . I have an oranda that is lacking in energy and active. Always sinking to the bottom. For gf, the big stomach which is usually bigger size than or same as the head for gf - sign of healthy , well fed gf .That stomach is where gfs get their power and buoyancy. This one's stomach is a bit small.

I believe the reason it has weakened is because it is not able to absorb the nutrient of the pellets that it is eating.

The pellets usually pass out as black color for other gf but for this gf it pass out as same pink/red color .

Can anyone tell me what's wrong and how to remedy this illness ?

It nearly died (so weak it was stuck to filter pump) but I managed to save it using melafix and Interpet internal bacteria for two weeks ...right now it survive but still swimming around weakly. Should I put more vitamin and salt in the water ? What can bring back vitality ?
