hello there ppl

i currently face this problem in my 1.5ft tank...

its filled with green hair algae, and also brown algae, as u can see by the pics i attached :





tank size : 1.5ft
lighting : 15watt (6000k) + 15watt (4900k) both 18"
CO2 : DIY CO2

can some1 plz teach me how 2 get rid of it ?

i have 2 Otos in my tank... but they dont seem to eat the hair algae...

can some1 plz help me ? thank Q all in advace
