yeap, simen tank is very hard to clean but i bought 1 simen that hv a smooth surface.the surface was paint with green paint and i try many hard ware shop still failed to find what type paint it is.some ppl who do the landscaping told me that that might be water proof paint.I really not sure and hope someone here can give the names of this paint?.
