My ferns also got black spot, but only few leaves with baby ferns. I just wait for the baby ferns to develop then I manually remove the old leaves with black spot.

Old leave = black spot? Is it? Not sure, maybe my tank is lacking certain nutrients that causing the black spot on my ferns.
