What water changes have you been doing? We have to rule out water quality problems before treating for other things.. as its the most common cause of illness and sounds likely with the symptoms shown.
For now do a big big water change, like 70-90%. This will get rid of all the medication you have put in there giving the fish a break from that. Chemical meds are very harsh on a fish and if you dont know what you are treating for you may do more harm than good with chemicals.
