Thanks Stan, I like the way you did it on the picture to show me, but if you can put in some text in the picture would be more clearer to me....

Actually the red plants in the lfs has started dried off a bit, so I did not buy too many of it, and cut away the dried leaves. These are the balance I have , may be plant it for a short period wait until it grows up, then move it to as background.

IMHO you need agreat deal more rocks[bigger and different sizes] and more stem plants. No vallis. IMHO not suitable for smallish tanks. The S subulata also has no place in the layout. A bit of an overhaul there.
Crypt you can move to the back. Take out the windelov/narrow leaf ferns. An additional group of stem plants for the back.
Try to choose some that are not so stiff straight. That really stifles flow.
You mean the drift woods move a bit to the front? Mm....do you mean the S. Subulata taking away too? Why the narrow leaf fern not suitable in the tank?
