How long is the water been in the tub. I suspect the water been aged for too long. It's ok, maybe you can arrange water change tomorrow. If you place it indoor, if day 5-7. Greenwater does not come, maybe you need to add lighting. Use those tube for planted tanks. It'll help a lot.
You feeding time is ok but you can add another on at 5am. Don't worry, even if we human asleep, those fella already awake. 3 click is ok.
