Default Handling Greedy Goldfish

I have a problem here with one of my Orandas. That fella eats like a vacum cleaner. On average 3-5 times faster than the other fish. This causes him to float at times. At first i thought it was swimbladder disease. I seperated him treat him with swimbladder medication and control his diet (with peas every alternate days) After a week or so he goes back sinking. But when i put him back to the big tank with other Orandas the problem starts again. I only feed my Oranda's twice a day with every serving of less than 2 minutes. But he seems to take most of the food. He does not look like a bully fish. The fish just eat too much in a short period.

He too knows that if i see him floating he will be sitting alone in a small tank. Everytime he sees me he will start to swim .When not looking he will just float there tails up and heads down.

Does this mean I have to put this fish alone in a seperate tank forever? Any ideas? Feel pity for him alone. Is it advisable to get a seperater net and get the fish out during feeding times? Any ideas?
