water plants just like a tree or any plants on the land. They need to rest at nite. and no CO2 needed at nite. So that, they can release the osygen.

you can check with 88...or other planted tank experts. i believe they do turn off the CO2 when the lights are off too.

Nutrafin and DIY CO2 running 24 hours till finish...sometime, heavy CO2 will kill yr fish.
