I had a similar problem with my fish. Try giving the fish frozen peas. Of course, you have to defrost them first, and don't give them to the fish when they're hot because they're stupid enough to eat stuff that will burn them. Also, the fish can't eat them with the skins on. After cooking, gently squeeze the peas out of their shells. Substitute peas for a meal at least once a week. This should prevent your fish's digestive track from getting blocked up, and that's what causes the swim bladder to malfunction.
