Albino looks nice - very different. I would be nice to have ONE albino type Peacock in the tank.

Albino variants are usually NOT wild caught - they are line bred. Some even dispute them to be HYBRIDS.

Oh, and did you know: most Albino type cichlids are NOT true albino cichlids? Interesting isn't it?

Why even keep them? Because they are beautiful, they can breed, they look good, they have the traditional character associated with their non-albino counterparts, etc etc etc
