Please don't get me wrong. This so called 'report card' is just helping the LFS to identify area of improvement and doesn't meant to create any problem to them. At the same time, visitor can set their expectation when visiting the LFS(set 3 stars expectation when you visit a 3 stars LFS, 4stars expectation to 4 starts LFS etc).
As a aquarium hobbist, of couse we want the best from LFS. For this, we need a kind of feedback channel so that they know their strong point and weak point. With that, all will benefit at the end:hobbist get the best choice/quality/service, and LFS get more business/earn more $ and go globally.... Wah....what a dream...
