At the same time, visitor can set their expectation when visiting the LFS(set 3 stars expectation when you visit a 3 stars LFS, 4stars expectation to 4 starts LFS etc).

As a aquarium hobbist, of couse we want the best from LFS. For this, we need a kind of feedback channel so that they know their strong point and weak point. With that, all will benefit at the end:hobbist get the best choice/quality/service, and LFS get more business/earn more $ and go globally.... Wah....what a dream...
