hi, i bought a gold apple sanil a week or so back, it never came out its shell part from night time, yestererday i noticed its door was hangin open and i fought it was sleeping funny, but the next day it was floating and now the actual meat of the snail has gone but the shell has been left floating round the tank, can anybdy please tell me what could of gone wrong ???!!!
