Thanks. I believe that if your gonna have a pet, no matter how small, you should do everything properly and give them the best life possible so they're happy.
My second filter arrived today and it works great. It cycles 53 gallons per hour, so with my 103 GPH filter, I'm cycling 156 GPH which is good for a 10 gallon tank.
Funny you should mention Melafix. I just ordered some about 20 minutes ago and I'm thinking about getting some live plants too. I think my little guys will eat them though but I'll see what happens. Don't live plants use the dissolved oxygen when it gets dark?
