That's same like local bred Tilapia fish...Steam tilapia...mmmmm Yummy..
.Not to forget Peacock bass that being food source quite sometime ago.
Many central cichlids that being intro at our local pond and stream oso as a food source for the poor .I try Manaquense,Urophthalmus,Tilapia mariae,Peacock Bass,Black/red Tilapia..not so taste ,but wanna try frontosa..
