Hamamatsu is not a person name,is a place in Shitsuoka-ken静岡県=state、 Hamamatsu-shi浜松=city.
Hamamatsu-shi is the most breeders[around 250 breeders]in Japan.
I have many good friends over there.
this HP are create by 磐南桜[Iwaminamisakura=Nickname],so I oso don't known him.
