My gfs also got those white spots on its wen sometimes. It usually goes away after a few hours. I think its related to stress or growth. I call it gf pimples bcoz they appear on my small ones only.

Also see it on big gfs tat just recently arrive after transport.

But remember this is only on its wen. If got white spots on body (very tiny) then its probably white spot disease.
