ykit, it is Green Spot Algae, GSA. Normally because of CO2 and Phosphate (PO4) levels are low. In my case, PO4. I ran out of PO4 source, KH2PO4. Once got it, remove affected leaves as much as you can. If you have it on the leaves, most probably you will have it on the glass too. Scrap manually off the glass. Then dose PO4, up CO2..ykit, without knowing your tank conditions I can only guest... in short, CO2 ok? fert ok?.., if can't up CO2, lower the light (off one tube etc)...if can't dose fert, lower the light too..
