a julie might a bit too arrgesive for the brichardis especially the adult julies.
Julies are diffcult to keep, they need a very good filteration system and a large tank...if you are thinking about keeping them in a 2footer...then forget it. they need large territories especially during spawing.
but are you sure AI are selling females?...i doubt they do, julies once in an established tank will breed easily. rm16 is cheap actually...when i was keeping julies back in 80s , they were something like rm120 each, but that was a long time ago when julies were very rare. in bangkok, a julie pair are sold at around rm70. so im very suspcious at the rm16 price tag.
