The last time i change my water was last friday and yesterday i made some testing on my water and found out the nitrate level is 0.1(pretty low), ammonia 0.0, pH 6.8(quite high), i fed my ryukins 4 times a day. any comments are welcome.

IMO,
That is brown algae. This type of algae seem to survive in low light condition. It's o.k for the fish but won't look pleasing.

As u mention feed 4 times a day.May I know what is the time u do the 4 times feeding?.
