marine is not very difficult if u get the basics right. initial set up and the cycling period is of upmost importance.if one do a bit of reading on the net(there are numerous sites on setting and cycling a marine tank),draw up a wishlist of livestocks u wish to keep.

having done that,research on the livestocks requirements and buy the necessary adequate equipments to keep them.

it's all in the understanding of the livestocks u keep. most ppl try to keep marine using FW methods...maybe that accounts for their failures.it's a myth marine is difficult...if that's the case there wont be so many lovely tanks that are around for a long long time.

do some read up and give marine a shot,very rewarding when u get it right. marine livestocks's has so much more character than FW ones.IMHO.
