3'x6' is very common but normally comes with 2' height. Well, if you don't mind, I think there'll be many 2nd hand ones around the market. Since (I assume) your balcony has wall and more or less it will block some wind. So, 2' or 1' does't make much difference. Or you can ask someone to cut it down for you. Then, you'll saves, i guess, half the cost or more. cos custom made ones will be very expensive especially the fabricator does not have the mold. Most important thing is, it must have a bottom drain. That makes your water change and cleaning so much easier. I drain and clean my 4'x5' less than 5 min. Cos it has a 2" bottom drain.
