but ...you might be interested with the red E.stellata, susah cari one hor. there are plenty of wild red stellata from sulawesi,but the problem is transportation, by the time they arrive in jakarta....Hancur. then also its not easy to plant wild stellata, the submerge ones will melt rapidly while the emerge ones is either too old or has already flowered.
recently they manage to produce farm cultivated seedings at the bogor nusery but not on a large scale....but then again its much easier to plant cultivated species then wild ones
the difference between the red stellata from taiwan(these probably originated from PNG or northern australia) and the ones from sulawesi is the sulawesi species has a much longer and finer leaves.
im trying them out for the 1st time...if jadi ,if interested i give you some cuttings lar...no delivery please! i also planted some in foam box as back up in my garden.
