Keep an eye for early signs of problems. Such as unusually prolonged periods of inactivity, etc. Hope you don't get a situation like mine. Probably the stress of relocating their tubs to a different temporary location weakened them...also JKR been doing a lot of pipework in my area past month or so changing pipelines...water may have got a problem there.
