The E tennelus is not happening- too skinny and big. Try the short japanese hairgrass instead or if you're up for it, HC or Chendol plant.
The red plant is doing well at the surface! So consider replacing with Rotala rotundifolia as per Nasir's assessment!
I would consider some taller crypts like balansae/albida to flow if you don't like the rotalas. Some Aponogeton crispus is a nice bright olive green and is easy to grow in that place too. If not, raise the soil at the back by 3 inches and plant more of the same crypts you already have there. Less types of plants may be better.
Don't think the Needle leaf is placed well at the top right as it seems unbalanced. I'd remove it. You have to manipulate your lighting so that the needle leaves point downward... looks better I think!
Overall the plants look healthy and have achieved considerable growth last we saw.
