Hi aro,
I'm no Sifu but since not many respond, let me say my comment:
Very nice and beautiful outdoor pond. But having the tortoise & terrapin in the setup is very risky for any kind of goldfish. Unless you are sure that they are vegetarian.
Direct sunlight is okey as long as you have shaded spot/area where fishes can rest/hide during noon time or whenever it's too hot for them.
If you planning to keep big size (giant) ranchu, make sure not to overcrowd.
Big ranchu are expensive and very risky if you are new to goldfish keeping, I suggest you start with 'hardy' type such as wakin which is very easy type to take care, almost as hardy as the koi.
Green weater is good for yuor goldfish, but you still need to do WC. Exposing them in deep/dense green water for too long will be dangerous.
I hope sifus here can add and advice more. Good luck.
