i do have a bluish color crayfish with my oscar, parrot, and green terror apprently... haha but he is aggressive when it coems to food since the oscar would eat the food before it would reach the bottom. If you are planning to get one, i would say get one sicne they will fight. My temp i leave it around 75-83 degrees F. He came with my fish tank when i bought it and if i ever had a chance, i wouldnt get a crayfish since they are always hiding and noctorunal but thats jsut my opinion
