You need to have ample space fr them and should not rely on the saying "they adapt to the conditions and won't grow larger than the given confined space" theory.

Yes, I did some research on these channas. Most of the known channas grow really big like the giant snakehead that you can find within this region. But there are 3 relatively well known among the smaller species of snakehead. They are like channa bleheri, channa gachua and channa orientalis.

They will grow to about 20cm(8").
